Kelly Merrill Gorham (May 11, 1948 – February 26, 2026) was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life was marked by faith, resilience, and unwavering dedication to her family.
Raised in an Air Force family, she grew up moving frequently, developing adaptability and independence. She met her husband Gene in high school and married him in 1967. She devoted herself to raising their two children during his deployment to the Philippines, and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Kelly loved books, lifelong learning, and traveling the world with Gene, but above all, she cherished bringing family together and living by the belief that there was always room for one more at her table.
She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family, and was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and siblings.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 7th, 2026, at 2 PM, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 17701 Cameron Rd., Pflugerville, TX; reception immediately following at the Parish Hall.
